What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, business name, phone number, selected services and any optional message you provide. We use these details to respond, arrange a conversation, understand your needs and prepare a proposal where requested. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Sending an enquiry
Press Submit to send your details directly. Formspree processes the submission and delivers it to ArrowHit. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing list or commit you to paid work.
Drafts in your browser
The enquiry form uses session storage to keep a draft in your browser tab. A draft is not sent to ArrowHit until you submit it. Use Clear draft to remove it. A successful submission clears the saved draft.
Hosting and other providers
Vercel hosts this website. Formspree processes enquiries. Google Fonts supplies the fonts. These providers receive information needed to deliver their services, which may include your IP address, browser information and, for Formspree, the enquiry you send. Their infrastructure may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States. See the Vercel privacy policy, Formspree privacy policy and Google privacy policy.
Analytics, examples and links
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand visits and page performance. These tools use cookieless measurement. We retain your analytics choice in local storage under ah_cookie_consent. You can change that choice below. We do not send the contents of enquiry fields to analytics. Browser privacy signals and a saved opt-out disable these optional scripts. Interactive examples use sample information and do not connect to your accounts or a live AI service. External website and email links are controlled by their respective providers.

Storage, access and correction
We keep enquiry and project correspondence for the time needed to respond, deliver agreed services, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have supplied. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained.
