Updated 13 September 2026. These terms describe the general basis on which ArrowHit provides its website and services. Your approved proposal sets out the specific scope, deliverables, schedule, fees and support for your project.
Our services
ArrowHit builds websites, AI and automations, and digital solutions. The initial business review and written findings are free. Paid work starts only after you approve the scope and price. Website examples illustrate possible work; they are not guarantees of revenue, rankings or time savings.
Prices and payments
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices in Australian dollars. The proposal confirms the final scope, inclusions, third-party costs and any applicable tax. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project payments are 50% before work begins and 50% on delivery. Ongoing care is optional and is separately agreed. Any AI usage, hosting, domains, subscriptions or other recurring costs are identified in the proposal.
Changes and your contribution
You are responsible for providing content and feedback within the agreed timeframes and for having the rights to materials supplied. Changes outside the approved scope are discussed and priced before that additional work starts. Delays in required materials or approvals may affect the schedule.
Ownership and third-party tools
On final payment, ownership of the custom design and content created for your project transfers to you as agreed in the proposal. ArrowHit retains its pre-existing code, libraries and tools, with a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of the delivered project. Third-party software, fonts, images and services remain subject to their own licences and terms.
Ongoing care and cancellation
Agreed monthly care can be cancelled at the end of the current billing month without a cancellation fee. We provide a copy of your website files and applicable database for handover. Hands-on migration assistance is separately scoped. Responsibility for hosting, domains and ongoing operation passes to you or your nominated provider when our service ends. Project cancellation and any work already completed are handled under the approved proposal.
AI, integrations and availability
AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and require appropriate review. Workflows, permissions, human approvals, third-party dependencies and support responsibilities are agreed for each project. Third-party platforms can change or experience outages.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, any project-specific limitations, responsibilities and remedies are set out in the agreed proposal.
